After receiving your blanket, you have 30 nights to fall in love with it. And if you don't notice a positive improvement in your sleep quality or well-being, you can return your LEVIA order within the #SLEEPEASY-Guarantee.
The return period begins when you receive your LEVIA order.
LEVIA offers the best quality "Made in Europe". We pay great attention to high-quality materials and the perfect workmanship of all LEVIA products.
If there are any problems or a product breaks during the first 12 months after purchase, we will take over the guarantee and replace your LEVIA product.
Please contact us before returning your order. This is the only way we can easily process the return later on and handle the return process quickly.

For orders from Germany & Europe we ask you to pay the return shipping costs yourself.

Who pays the costs for the exchange?
If you want to try a different weight, we will send you an "exchange blanket" free of charge. If you want to keep it, we will pay the costs for returning your "old blanket" - otherwise the same conditions apply as for returning your LEVIA order.
