LEVIA weighted blankets are shipped with DPD or DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email along with the tracking code. Depending on the country, your new sleeping aid will arrive in 3-6 days.
Shipping costs
We are convinced that our clients should receive the best service possible. Therefore, we are charging NO SHIPPING COSTS! (For all European countries + Switzerland). You will receive your LEVIA Blanket without any additional costs.
*Please keep in mind: customers from Switzerland or Norway might face additional fees for import and country taxes. These costs have to get payed by the customer.
Return your LEVIA Blanket
Once your LEVIA blanket has arrived, you will have 30 nights to experience its benefits and fall in love with it - we are confident that you will. If you shouldn’t like your weighted blanket for any reason, feel free to return it.
In order to facilitate returns in a fast and accurate manner, simply use our return platform and we will get in touch with you within one working day. The shipping cost for a return must be covered by the customer. Returns from Switzerland will be charged with 20€. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
