How do I get the gift card?
The LEVIA gift card is a "digital product". This means that we send the gift card with your personal gift code via email.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a physical copy of the voucher code, as the codes are only visible to you and we cannot retrieve them and send them via mail.
What happens to my remaining credit?
If your gift card still has remaining credit, this credit can be redeemed at a later date.
Can I use more than one gift card?
Yes, as long as your gift cards still have credit, you can also combine different gift cards.
What happens if the balance of my gift card is lower than the total price of my order?
